Elektra recording artist Noelle Scaggs may be best known for her larger-than-life vocals and magnetic stage presence as the co-frontperson for multiplatinum group Fitz and the Tantrums, but the talented songstress is also an accomplished songwriter, whose
credits include co-writing her band’s chart-topping, platinum-certified singles “Out Of My League” and “The Walker.” Now, Scaggs has unveiled “Great For You,” her Elektra debut as a solo artist. Created in collaboration
with LA-based trio BRÅVES (comprised of producer Johnny Whatt and brothers Thorald and Issac Koren), the song is a fully realized product of Scaggs’ ambitious, creative vision – a sultry yet heartbreaking, alternative-pop
ballad that hooks in the listener from the first beat, like a sonic love at first sight. While Scaggs and her Fitz and the Tantrums family put together their next album, “Great For You” marks a defining step into the next
level of her career….with so much more to come. Diversify The Stage was founded by Noelle Scaggs, co-lead vocalist of alt-pop band Fitz And The Tantrums, in the spring of 2020 to transform the workforce of the live music,
events and touring industry into a better reflection of the diverse communities across stages. Diversify The Stage counts on the support of industry professionals and artists to collectively and actively build a culture
of accountability that establishes more inclusive hiring practices and greater access to equitable opportunities for Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC); Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer (LGBTQ);
female-identifying and gender non-conforming individuals. In less than a year, Diversify The Stage has set forth long-term change by partnering with the Music Forward Foundation to create educational and mentorship opportunities,
in addition to working with NeverFamous.com to establish a central hub for accessing a wide pool of qualified crew members. Diversify The Stage has gained support from the biggest players in the industry, including Live
Nation, WME, Elektra Records and Atlantic Records, as well as lighting collective EVEN and stage suppliers and designers Clair Global and TAIT. For more information and to join the Diversify The Stage community visit:
